BAPU respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.
Note: BAPU provides neutral hosting and protocol infrastructure. While we host a user interface and frontend for the AT Protocol (such as ZChat), we can technically only moderate content that is hosted on our own server or infrastructure.
Bluesky and other Personal Data Server (PDS) hosters are responsible for the content hosted on their respective servers.
Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
In accordance with the DMCA, we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.
If you believe that any content hosted via BAPU infrastructure infringes your copyright, please notify our legal team at legal@bapu.app.
